• Access to personalized analyses and recommendations, within the limits of the purchased service.
• Cancellation of a service, under the conditions stipulated in point 5.

2.2. Client Obligations

• Providing correct and complete information necessary for the analysis.
• Timely payment of the established fees for the requested services.
• Using the received materials and recommendations for legal and ethical purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Poyrazemre.com is not liable for:

• Business decisions made by the client based on the provided consulting.
• Direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the application of recommended strategies.
• Delays or interruptions of the service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased service.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

Payment for services is made in advance, according to the issued invoice. Fees are presented transparently on the platform.

Refunds are possible only in the situation where the service has not been initiated due to our fault. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase.

We do not offer result guarantees or promises of "easy money". Our services are professional consulting.

5. Termination of Use

The client may terminate the collaboration at any time by notifying us in writing. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these terms, provision of false information, or abusive behavior.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
